Juan Cebrian

In 2000 I trained in pedagogy and psychology applied to teaching, practicing from 2001 to 2016 in different training areas.

In 2016 I trained as a master ice cream maker and opened my own ice cream parlor, managing it at 360º, from production, order management, staff training and sales to the public.

In 2022 I will join the GeroGelato team to contribute my experience as a trainer and master ice cream maker.
